Audio files
When you use Remove Silence or Enhance Audio, the file you choose is uploaded to our secure server, processed to produce your result, and returned to you as a download. We process the file only to produce your result.
Voice / BGM Isolation is a server-side feature. If a server processor is connected and you choose to use that tool, the audio you submit is sent to that processor to be separated. When no processor is connected the tool is disabled and no data is sent.
What we collect
- No accounts. There is no signup, no login and no profile.
- No audio analytics. We do not log the contents of your recordings.
- Basic hosting logs. Our hosting provider may keep standard, short-lived technical logs (such as page requests) for security and reliability, as any website host does.
- Advertising. This site may display advertising through Google AdSense, which can set cookies or use identifiers to serve and measure ads. See Google's own privacy policy for details and controls.
Cookies and local storage
The site itself does not require cookies to work. Advertising partners may set their own cookies. A small amount of local storage may be used to remember a dismissible promo message, which you can clear at any time from your browser settings.
Your choices
The tools process your file only to produce your result. You can also block advertising cookies through your browser or an extension. If you have a deletion request, email [email protected].
Changes
If this policy changes, the update will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
